Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Former “Killing Me Inside” vocalist Leonardo Arya, popularly known as Onad, will undergo a three-month rehabilitation program after being declared a victim of drug abuse.

“He is categorized as a victim of narcotics abuse, meaning he’s a user, not a dealer,” said West Jakarta Metropolitan Sub-regional Police Head of Public Relations Assistant Senior Inspector Wisnu Wirawan on Tuesday (4/11/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

The police confirmed that Onad had no involvement in any drug trafficking network. The 34-year-old musician was transferred to a private rehabilitation center in South Jakarta at 10 am on Tuesday, following an assessment by the Jakarta National Narcotics Agency (BNNP DKI Jakarta).

Chief Wisnu added that Onad had expressed remorse and a strong desire to recover. The rehabilitation decision followed a formal request from his family. 

“His family applied for the assessment, and BNNP approved a three-month rehab,” he explained.

Police have not disclosed the detailed results of the assessment, citing BNNP’s authority over the process.
