inp.polri.go.id –  The West Nusa Tenggara Police managed to uncover the hoarding of subsidized diesel fuel. So far, there are three suspects in total. Head of Public Relations of the West Nusa Tenggara Police, Commissioner Artanto explained that the role of the new suspect in this case was revealed from the results of the investigation. The Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police added that of the three new suspect, one of them is the operational manager of the company that owns the tanker. While, the other two suspects served as the captains of the tankers and fishing boats. However, the Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police has not been able to reveal the identity of the suspect. “We will reveal their initials later, what’s important is now that we now have arrested three new suspects,” said Commissioner Artanto. In this case, the three suspects are alleged to have violated Article 263 of the Criminal Code on Falsification of Documents and/or Article 53 letter b of Law Number 22/2001 concerning Oil and Gas which regulates the provisions of transportation business permits.
