inp.polri.go.id –  A criminal law expert from Trisakti University, Abdul Fickar Hadjar, assessed that the Police had quickly and appropriately handled the Kanjuruhan tragedy by naming six suspects, which includes figures from the police and the organizers. "The handling is fast and precise. They took proper step against the apparatus who violates the law. The law enforcement must be uphold, even to the law enforcers," explained the criminal law expert from Trisakti University in a written statement, quoted Tuesday (10/11) He said the organizers could also be charged with a civil article in the Kanjuruhan tragedy. This is important in order to explore allegations of business competition in Indonesian football. “Well obviously it should be investigated too whether the tragedy was happened due to part of bussiness competition or just purely an accident,” he concluded.
