The Head of West Sulawesi Regional Police Inspector General Adang Ginanjar provides equipment for polling stations security personnel ahead the voting day on February 14th, 2024. During the hand-over, the police chief advised all personnel to perform their duty well and not to be provoked with the developing situation during the operation. The activity was held in West Sulawesi Regional Police HQ Field of Tribrata on Thursday, February 1st, 2024. “The equipment includes bag, notes, flashlight, rain coat, baton and handcuffs. With this procurement I hope everyone lighten their spirit and give your all in this operation,” says Adang on Thursday (2/1/2024). Furthermore, Adang conveys that all personnel to maintain their stamina and physique, particularly personnel who are dispatched to remote areas. Meanwhile, the West Sulawesi Regional Police Ops Bureau Head, Senior Superintendent I Nyoman Artana adds that his party will do a simulation of polling station security. “The point is, all personnel expected to be able to adapt to any kind of situations, so maintain your health conditions so that the operation would be going smoothly,” said Nyoman.
