Lotharia Latif, S.H., M.Hum., sends the wounded officer to get a better treatment at Polri Hospital, Kramat Jati, Jakarta. The wounded personnel is Brigadier Ilham Akbar, from the Crowd Control Unit of Tual Police. He was shot by an arrow in his right forehead. His treatment became the priority of the Police Chief. He was flown to Jakarta by Lion Air from Karel Satsuitubun Airport, Monday (7/17). He was flown to Jakarta to get a surgery to remove the arrow that was still stuck in his right forehead. “I have asked the Head of Medical and Heath Department and Head Bureau of Human Resources to do an inspection and control to the officer before flown to Jakarta,” said Maluku Police Chief, Monday (7/17). He stated that he prioritized the treatment of the wounded officer so that he could received a serious treatment as soon as possible and treated until he is fully recovered. “We ask for your pray, hopefully he could get better from the wounds of his forehead,” hoped Maluku Police Chief. Brigadier Ilham Akbar was wounded after got hit by an arrow from an unknown person. He got shot when he was trying to disperse a conflict in Tual City on Saturday (7/16) night. Other than Brigadier Ilham Akbar, Commissioner Syahrul Awab, the Deputy of Tual Police, also got shot by an arrow when dispersing the conflict. He got hit in his right thigh, and his removal arrow surgery has been successfully conducted in Maren Hospital.
