inp.polri.go.id - Banten. At the Banten Regional Police's Police Training Center, 112 people participated in the Tailor-Made Training (TMT) Wave IV of 2025.
Banten Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Suyudi Ario Seto, in his opening remarks stated that this activity is part of efforts to maintain public security and order.
"This training is part of the flagship Police Care for Unemployment (Poliran) program, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining security and public order through a socio-economic approach," he said, as reported by indosatunews, Monday (7/28/2025).
He stated that the training will last four days, from today until July 31, 2025. A total of 112 participants from various backgrounds are participating.
"This training was held from July 28 to 31, 2025, and was attended by 112 participants from various backgrounds, including 82 unemployed people, 28 laid-off workers, and 2 former convicts," he explained.
He also explained that the training materials were designed based on the needs within the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction.
"The focus of this training is to provide practical skills that align with local needs," he explained.
The skills taught include welding, waste management, fisheries, and several others.
"The training areas we provide include basic welding, organic waste management, biofloc fisheries, basic electricity, hydroponics, animal husbandry, and agriculture. All of these areas were selected based on field needs," he said.
