inp.polri.go.id -  A Methamphetamine drug dealer have been arrested by the ranks of the Operational unit of Drugs Sub-Directorate II of the East Kalimantan Police. KD (22) a person from PGRI Housing Block 5, Gunung Bahagia Village, South Balikpapan was arrested along with evidence of 1 kg of crystal methamphetamine. The Drug Investigation Directorate of East Kalimantan Police, Commissioner Rickynaldo Chairul, explained that the disclosure began with information that there would be a drug transaction in the Hero's Cemetery area, Gunung Bakaran Village, South Balikpapan. "Initially, the officers have received an information that drugs transactions often occurred around the area. The officers, at that time, suspected a man who was stopping on the side of the road. Without further ado, our undercover cop unit immediately ambushed and arrest the dealer," said Commissioner Rickynaldo. “From his hands, we found out that he was about to sell a kilogram of crystal methamphetamine,” adds Commissioner Rickynaldo. Commissioner Rickynaldo continued that the perpetrators were immediately taken to the East Kalimantan Police Headquarters for further examination. "Currently, the perpetrators and the evidence have been secured. Now, we are still conducting further investigations,” he explained.
