inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning, Nusron Wahid, stated that electronic land certificates should make things easier for the public.
"These electronic land certificates are for the public's convenience, so they won't be lost or stolen," said the Minister of ATR/BPN, Tuesday (7/29/2025).
He also emphasized that the government will strive to protect the public's valuable documents, including electronic land certificates, so they don't need to fear being hacked or compromised.
Nusron also stated that to secure electronic land certificates, the Ministry of ATR/BPN backs up the data into four layers and stores the physical documents securely.
"If you're still in doubt, this data is backed up by four layers. In addition to electronic evidence, physical evidence is also stored in the office. Furthermore, this electronic data is impossible to steal unless the people themselves share their password with others," he said.
Minister Nusron also stated that the transition to electronic land services is currently progressing, with 28 percent having completed the migration.
