Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Deputy Minister of Finance Anggito Abimanyu has been officially appointed as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) for the 2025–2030 term, replacing Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa. 

The decision followed a fit-and-proper test and unanimous approval by the House of Representatives (DPR)’ Commission XI on Monday (22/9/2025)

“Commission XI has decided by deliberation and consensus to appoint Anggito Abimanyu as the Chairman of the LPS Board of Commissioners,” said Mukhamad Misbakhun, the Chairman of Commission XI. 

Farid Azhar Nasution was appointed Deputy Chairman, while Doddy Zulverdi and Ferdinan Dwikoraja Purba were named members responsible for bank resolution programs and insurance guarantee programs, respectively.

The appointments were confirmed after a rigorous vetting process involving five candidates. The Commission emphasized that the decision aligns with statutory procedures for LPS governance.
