Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. Inspector General Ida Bagus Kade Putra Narendra, the Bali Regional Police Chief, oversaw operations at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport during the Eid holiday travel rush on Sunday (7/4/24) .
Senior Superintendent Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, Bali Police Public Relations Head, highlighted collaborative efforts involving the Bali Police, Ngurah Rai Airport Police, Indonesian Military (TNI), Avsec, and other stakeholders to bolster airport security during the 2024 Eid al-Fitr exodus, as part of Operation Ketupat Agung-2024.
To bolster security further, Ngurah Rai Airport Police deployed 3 K9 tracker dogs, each with a team of 10 personnel. These K9 units patrol terminals, parking areas, and key locations to detect narcotics and other prohibited items, ensuring passenger and airport safety.
