Inp.polri.go.id - Cilegon. 2021 Eid al-Adha night, Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho and Deputy Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Brigadier General Ery Nursatari, went around visiting street vendors around Merak Harbor, Monday night (07/19/21). Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto visited and had dialogue with several pople and traders regarding current condition during Covid-19 pandemic, especially since Emergency PPKM (Community Activity Restriction) was implemented. "How is the sale? Does this Emergency PPKM impact?" Chief of Banten Regional Police asked to a female  street vendor. “Yes, Sir,” she answered. Chief of Banten Regional Police also asked traders to be patient and continue to comply with health protocols and Emergency PPKM policy for the Covid-19 number will decrease. "I hope Covid-19 pandemic will end soon, so things can get back to normal. But please still obey health protocols, wear masks and obey Emergency PPKM policy," Chief of Banten Regional Police added. After the dialogue, Chief of Banten Regional police  and Deputy Chief of Banten Regional Police provided assistance and masks for street vendors who were affected by Emergency PPKM. Chief of Banten Regional Police hoped this assistance can ease people’s burden so they can get through Covid-19 pandemic. "This is a little help from Banten Regional Police. I hope you like it,” Chief of Banten Regional Police said. Nena Amalia (47), one of the food vendor who received the aid expressed her gratitude.  "Praise to the Lord, thank you for your help. This is very helpful for us. I hope police officers will stay healthy, and I hope this Covid passes quickly,”she said. He also supports the government's policy such as Emergency PPKM which aims to accelerate the handling of Covid-19 and prays Covid-19 pandemic will soon pass and people can work and carry out activities as usual. During the tour, Chief of Banten Regional Police accompanied by Deputy Chief of Banten Regioal Police, Regional Superintendent of Banten Regional Police, Headd of Operation Bureau of Banten Regional Police, Director of Traffic Security Directorate of Banten Regional Police, Director of Community Guidance and Development of Banten Regional Police, Patrol Unit Directorate of Banten Regional Police,  Head of Public Affairs of Banten Regional Police, Head of Medical and Health Unit of Banten Regional Police, Chief of Cilegon Resort Police, Commander of Military District Command, Head Intel Section and Head of Territorial Section of 0623/Cilegon Military District Command.
