Blitar Immigration Deports Teenager to Singapore

Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Blitar Immigration deportedI a teenager from Udanawu, Blitar, for overstaying his permit on Tuesday (23/4/2024).

Born to a Singaporean father and an Indonesian mother in 2005, the teenager, identified as IJ (19), arrived in Indonesia in 2013 without registering necessary paperwork for Limited Dual Citizenship. 

Despite using a Singaporean passport, he failed to renew his visa-free visit permit upon expiry, according to antaranews.com.

Blitar Immigration enforced deportation and denial under the Immigration Law, noting his overstay of 3,766 days. 

In 2023, Blitar Immigration deported nine foreign nationals for permit violations, including individuals from Pakistan, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Taiwan. 

Currently, 367 foreign nationals are registered with Blitar Immigration across Blitar and Tulungagung.
