National Narcotics Agency (BNN) pledges to watch over the places used for drug transactions in an effort to prevent drug flows during the 2024 election campaign. “For anticipatory measures, we have released the Narcotics Examination Results Certificate (SKHPN) throughout the provinces. We will also monitor certain places or locations although those places are not particularly often used as drug hotspots,” quote BNN Chief, Commissioner General Petrus Reinhard Golose on Thursday (11/30/2023). Petrus has underscored that ecstasy has begun to return to Indonesia and has ordered his ranks to intensively work hard in solidifying relations with related stakeholders. In his closing statement, Petrus warned the politicians to not commit any drug abuse by saying: “During the campaign, I implore the general public to jointly prevent drug abuse, this includes politicians,” he said.
