Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Bogor Sub-regional City Police arrest the ex-manager of Hotmen restaurant, owned by famous lawyer Hotman Paris, in Tajur. The suspect with the initials of FA has embezzled the company’s money up to IDR 172 million.

The Head of Bogor Sub-regional City Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Bismo Teguh Prakoso says that FA was arrested after running away to Purbalingga Regency. From the examination results, it was revealed that the suspect embezzled the money gradually, then used the money for online gambling and debts due to online gambling.

“Suspect snatched the money from the cashier where he worked. He did not only steal the money once, but often,” said Bsimo on Tuesday (4/30/2024).

The police chief says that the suspect had only worked for a month in the restaurant. He first began stealing the money on March 15th, 2024.

“He is addicted to online gambling and has lended money from his friends to gamble and paid his debts from the money he stole,” conclude the police report.
