Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Constitutional Court Judge Arsul Sani publicly displayed his original doctoral diploma on Monday (17/11/2025) after being reported to the Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Criminal Investigation Agency for allegedly holding a fake degree.
“This is the original diploma,” he said while lifting the tube-sealed document during a press conference at the Constitutional Court in Jakarta, as reported by antaranews.com.
Judge Arsul said he earned a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from Collegium Humanum Warsaw Management University in Poland, completing his dissertation in June 2022 and receiving his diploma during a graduation ceremony in March 2023. He also presented a certified copy legalized by the Indonesian Embassy in Warsaw, his academic transcript, and photos of the graduation ceremony attended by Indonesia’s ambassador to Poland Anita Luhulima.
He explained that he began doctoral studies in 2011 at Glasgow Caledonian University but later transferred his academic credits to Collegium Humanum due to his duties as a legislator. Judge Arsul said all documents had been submitted to the Constitutional Court’s Honorary Council and the House of Representatives (DPR) during his selection process.
