inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Hadi Tjahjanto said education is one of the keys to achieving Golden Indonesia 2045.

According to Hadi, through education, a country can produce a high quality human resource which eventually would help their country to develop.

“We need graduates that are creative, innovative, and have integrity that could safeguard the unity and sovereignty of the state amidst the advancement of technology,” says Hadi on Tuesday (10/15/2024).

Hadi notes that Indonesia will begin to receive the demographic bonus in 2030, when the number of productive people is higher than the non-productive.

At that time, Hadi was confident that the economic level and average education of Indonesian citizens would be much better than now.

That momentum must be used as the main foothold to start advancing the nation with existing human resources.

"This must be utilized optimally to accelerate economic growth and achieve the golden vision of Indonesia 2045," said the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.

By utilizing this momentum, the Coordinating Minister Hadi is confident that Indonesia will have a demographic bonus with fully productive human resources in 2045.

However, Hadi re-emphasized that all of this can only happen if the education sector, as the spearhead of the goal, is fully developed 

Therefore, he hopes that all elements from the academic field to the government will work together to achieve the era of Golden Indonesia 2045.
