In commemorating Heroes and World Keris Day, Bengkulu Regional Police held Diponegoro Wayang Kulit performance at the Rekonfu Ceremonial Ground, attended by Bengkulu governor and Regional Leaders Coordination Forum (Forkopimda). Chief of PR of Bengkulu Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Sudarno, stated that the event adhered to tight Health Protocols in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. This event was also embedded with the launch of a book titled "Didactic Values of Nusantara Hilt", authored by Chief of Bengkulu Regional Police, Police Inspector General Guntur Setyanto. In his instruction, the Chief of Bengkulu Regional Police stated that a writing book is a form of carrying moral and social mandate and responsibility to express artistic and philosophical development of the ancestors, based on the consciousness of humanity as people who hold firm to the religion, which is Islam. As a law enforcer, many events passed and created anxiety, mainly because of witnessing moral degradation, such as the degradation of politeness, good manners, ethics, tolerance, and harmonious relationship formed in Indonesia that must be turned back. Chief of Bengkulu Regional Police hoped that this book could be a medium to unite communities. Bengkulu governor, H Rohidin Mersyah, congratulated and appreciated the Chief of Bengkulu Regional Police for the book launch and praised the performance shown by the State Police School of Bengkulu Regional Police showed collaboration of Dol music and Papuan traditional dance that reflect Indonesian culture.
