Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesia’s men’s national volleyball team remains firmly at the top of the 2025 SEA V League Leg 2 standings after Vietnam edged Thailand 3-2 in a five-set thriller on Friday night (18/7/2025).
The victory pushed Vietnam to second place with five points from three matches, while Indonesia held the top spot with the same number of points but from only two games—giving the Garuda squad a key advantage heading into the final matchdays.
Thailand, with four points from two matches, slipped to third. The Philippines also have four points, while Cambodia remains at the bottom without a win.
Indonesia will next face Cambodia on Saturday before a crucial showdown against Thailand on Sunday. Victories in both matches would secure the Leg 2 title for Indonesia, an improvement from their runner-up finish in the first leg held in the Philippines.
