Indonesia Sends Humanitarian Aid to Yemen, Palestine, and Sudan Tonight

Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian government sent humanitarian aid to disaster victims in Yemen, Palestine, and Sudan on Monday night (14/10/2024), departing from Base Ops SUMA 1 at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, Jakarta, 

Airport authorities were seen loading six containers of aid into the cargo hold of a Garuda Indonesia Airbus 330-300. The aid, valued at a total of USD 3 million

The aid includes thousands of tents, mattresses, blankets, lights, clothing, food, water purifiers, and medical supplies, intended for 268,000 disaster victims in Yemen, 491,000 flood victims in Sudan, and 1.9 million refugees in Palestine.

The aid is set to arrive in Yemen on Tuesday morning, before being transited to Palestine and Sudan.
