Inp.polri.go.id – Padang. Police continuously educate people to prevent radicalism and terrorism which could poison the minds and disrupt national security. This was stated by the West Sumatra Regional Police Public Relations, Grand Commissioner Dwi Sulistyawan in Padang. “In preventing intolerance, radicalism, and terrorism from entering our society, West Sumatra Police PR is here to convey security messages. This is to make the people understand the dangers and reject the beliefs of radicalism and intolerance,” says Dwi on Friday (10/27/2023). He states that efforts preventing terrorism, radicalism, and intolerance is carried out through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with media, security unit, and the public. “We expect that the community and the youths would be able to avoid the beliefs of radicalism, intolerance, and terrorism because radicals and terrorist are the enemy of the state,” Dwi said firmly.
