Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) have offered their condolences following the death of Boyolali SUb-regional Police Chief Superintendent Muhammad Yoga, who passed away after a traffic accident on the Pemalang-Batang toll road on 1 October 2024.
“We are deeply saddened by this loss. May the family be given strength and patience,” said the INP Public Relations Division Head of Public Information, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, on Monday (7/10/2024).
Central Java Regional Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Artanto confirmed that Chief Yoga passed away on Sunday evening at around 8 pm.
No further details about the cause of death were provided, according to antaranews.com.
Chief Yoga had been receiving intensive care at Telogorejo Hospital in Semarang following the accident. His body will be laid to rest in Depok, West Java.
The accident occurred at KM 346 on the Pemalang-Batang toll road when his vehicle collided with a truck carrying utility poles, killing his driver and aide instantly. Reports say that the late Chief Yoga was traveling to Jakarta to visit a sick family member.
