Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police has commenced the second round of its 2024 Non-Commissioned Police Cadet Formation Training, with 852 students starting their journey to become professional officers.
During the opening ceremony at the National Police School (SPN) in Lido, Sukabumi, West Java on Monday (22/7/2024), Brigadier General Djati Wiyoto Abadhy, the Deputy Chief of Metro Jaya Police, welcomed the new cadets.
The training program, which spans five months, will focus on developing the cadets’ professionalism, moral integrity, and mental resilience, according to antaranews.com.
ChiefDjati encouraged the students to take full advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow.
He highlighted that the training will test their physical and mental endurance. However, with determination, they are expected to complete it successfully.
The program aims to instill strong character and a deep understanding of the Tribrata and Catur Prasetya doctrines, preparing them to be exemplary officers committed to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution
