"Yes, a search was conducted at the Ministry office," Metro Jaya Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi said, as quoted by antaranews.com.
The raid, led by Metro Jaya Police Director of General Crimes Senior Superintendent Wira Satya Triputra, involved the seizure of several items, including personal laptops, documents, and computers related to the suspects.
“Investigators collected evidence to analyze how sites were filtered, verified, and subsequently blocked,” Chief Ade Ary said.
Authorities presented four suspects at the search but did not disclose their identities. The operation followed previous arrests of 11 suspects in an online gambling scheme involving ministry employees who allegedly failed to block gambling sites in exchange for incentives.
