“The suspect initials is MR alias RD,” says Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations Division Chief, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi in his official statement on Wednesday (10/2/2024).

Explained by Ade, during the incident, DR was stated to hit the security guard of the hotel. His action was recorded by the CCTV camera.

Suspect is charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code and or Article 351 of the Criminal Code and or Article 355 of the Criminal Code.

"The development of other suspects is still being carried out until now," he explained.
