Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid has denied reports claiming the revocation of a seafront land certificate (SHGB) belonging to businessman Sugianto “Aguan” Kusuma was canceled.

“The news circulating on various online platforms saying I canceled the revocation of Mr. Aguan’s SHGB in Tangerang is not true,” he asserted on Sunday (23/2/2025).

Minister Nusron clarified that all certificates located beyond the coastal boundary line would be revoked, regardless of ownership. Of the 280 certificates identified—comprising 263 SHGB and 17 land ownership titles (SHM)—58 are within the coastal boundary, while 222 lie outside.

“To date, 209 certificates outside the coastal line have been revoked. The remaining 13 are under review due to overlapping boundary areas,” he added.

The minister reaffirmed his commitment to resolve the seafront boundary issue in line with existing regulations, ensuring only valid claims within coastal lines are upheld.
