Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Court of Honor Council (MKD) of Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) communicated with the police to enforce the law against the suspect who used a fake DPR official plate number.

The Vice Head of MKD DPR RI, Nazaruddin Dek Gam says that in the past few months, his party has received reports from the community regarding the issue.

“We do not want our image to be tainted in the community because of the irresponsible acts of certain individuals who used the fake official plate number,” says Dek Gam on Monday (5/6/2024).

Dek Gam says that for the past month, there are three prominent cases involving fake official plate numbers. The first one is used by Toyota Alphard car which involved in the police officer suicide case in South Jakarta.

The second case involved a Mercedes Benz G-Class who used the fake official plate number in Alam Sutera Toll Road. And the last one is the latest, involving Toyota Alphard who also used the fake official plate number.

Dek Gam explains that those three cases are identified using the fake official plate number due to using the number higher than 10.

Therefore, he asked the public to immediately report to the police if they find vehicles indicated on using the fake plate number.
