The Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police Inspector General Setyo Budiyanto launched the E-Fasmat application and inaugurated the Book Vehicle Owners (BPKB) service building at the Traffic Corps Directorate of the North Sulawesi Regional Police on Wednesday (13/9/23). "I want to express my appreciation to the Director of Traffic Corps of the North Sulawesi Regional Police and his team who have contributed significantly through creativity and innovation, one of which is the introduction of the E-Fasmat application," he said as reported by antaranews.com The general hopes that other units and personnel can also demonstrate creativity and innovation in line with their respective duties and functions in order to enhance public service. "All units have the potential for creativity and innovation, and the E-Fasmat application is of great significance, especially in the era of information technology. Many processes need to be transformed. Previously, recording was done manually through ledger books, but now it is done digitally, making it more efficient, and most importantly, transparent," he explained. He expressed optimism that these enhancements would lead to a more welcoming atmosphere. He stated that the renovations were intended to improve community comfort and boost police officers' enthusiasm in delivering top-notch service. (ar/my/hn/nm)
