Inp.polri.go.id - Kupang. East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police Chief Inspector General. Rudi Darmoko called on his officers to stop harmful practices and focus on better serving the public.

“Stop disappointing, extorting, and oppressing the community,” he said during a briefing at NTT Police Headquarters on Monday (22/9/2025), as reported by antaranews.com.

He emphasized that change must begin with each officer, from the provincial level to the national level. As part of this effort, the NTT Police will soon inaugurate a mental health clinic offering USEFT therapy to help officers cope with stress, depression, and low morale.

“There must no longer be members who are stressed or demotivated. We must be healthy, happy, and motivated in carrying out our duties,” Chief Rudi added.

The police chief also reminded personnel to treat their workplace as a second home by keeping the environment clean and maintaining facilities, including newly installed water infrastructure for police housing.
