Nurturing the Nature, Police Appeals Public Not to Litter at Panganak Beach

inp.polri.go.id - Bangka Belitung. The Water and Air  Police Directorate of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police invited beachgoers to clean up trash around Panganak Beach, Jebus, West Bangka Regency, on Wednesday (1/21/2026).

The Director of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police, Senior Commissioner Rudi Saeful Hadi, stated that this activity aims to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean environment and reducing plastic waste on beaches.

"This activity aims to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean environment and reducing plastic waste on beaches," explained Senior Commissioner Rudi Saeful Hadi.

The Director of the Bangka Belitung Regional Police added that people should not litter. 

"Let's keep our beaches clean," said Rudi.

He added that beachgoers are encouraged to clean up any trash found around the beach, such as plastic bags, bottles, and other items.

This activity also included an appeal to visitors not to litter and to maintain environmental cleanliness.

"We want our beaches to remain clean and beautiful, let's protect them together," concluded Rudi

This activity is expected to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and reducing plastic waste on beaches.
