The program was attended directly by the Head of the Yogyakarta Regional Police (Kapolda), Inspector General Drs. Asep Suhendar, M.Sc., and the Chancellor of Unisa, Warsiti, S. Kp., M. Kep., Sp. Mat. The Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda DIY, Commissioner Yuliyanto, S.I.K., M.Sc., said that the vaccination was taken place on March 7-9 2022 with a target of 3,000 participants, which means 1,000 participants per day. Kabid Humas Polda DIY added that he implored the people who have not received the first dose of vaccine, to come to the nearest vaccine center, either in police stations or in health centers. "The vaccine acceleration itself is very necessary to break the chain of Covid-19 outbreak. The Covid-19 situation in DIY itself is still relatively high," stated Kabid Humas Polda DIY. Polda DIY is open and will continue to collaborate with agencies and several parties to optimize the vaccination in DIY.
