inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of Polda Metro Jaya has opened a complaint service post for victims Fahrenheit trading robot scam. "We have opened a post at the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya for the people who feel aggrieved by Farhenheit's trading robot fraud," explained the Director of direskrimsus (Direskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Auliansyah Lubis, in South Jakarta, Tuesday ( 22/03/22). Direskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya said that the police have received 50 reports and more than 100 complaints related to Fahrenheit's fraudulent investment. Police Commissioner Auliansyah Lubis explained that the Fahrenheit trading robot is managed by a company called PT FSP Akademi Pro, led by a person named Hendry Susanto. The police are currently still investigating Hendry Susanto. The four suspects managed to attract investors through social media with the lure of an anti-loss trading robot program. "They said that with the robot, the investors will be protected from loss," said the Intermediate Officer of the Polda Metro Jaya. For his actions, the four perpetrators face a maximum prison sentence of 10 years with the suspicion of multiple article, which is Article 28 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 45 Paragraph 1 and 2 and/or Article 27 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. In addition, Articles 105 and 106 of Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade. Furthermore, Articles 3, 4, and 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering, and finally Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.
