The Pekalongan Sub-regional Police Health Department held a Free Health Check (CKG) for students of Rowolaku Elementary School, Kajen District, Pekalongan Regency, Monday (8/25/2025). This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Kajen 1 Community Health Center.
The joint medical team together with the Health Check-up Division conducted health checks, starting from checking blood pressure, teeth, ears, and eyes. Not only that, students also had their nails checked and were given health education regarding the importance of maintaining personal hygiene, healthy eating habits, and early disease prevention.
Head of the Pekalongan Sub-regional Police Health Department, dr. Luhur Agus Slamet, said that this activity was focused on maintaining the health of children as the next generation of the state.
"This Free Health Check aims to improve the health of school-aged children. We also want them to get used to a clean and healthy lifestyle from an early age, both in the school environment and at home," said Luhur.
He also urged students to have regular health checks so that their bodies remain in top condition and can support their academic achievements.
Meanwhile, the principal of Rowolaku Elementary School also expressed his appreciation for this activity. He stated that the program, held in collaboration with the Pekalongan Sub-regional Police and the Kajen 1 Community Health Center, was very beneficial for the students.
"We express our gratitude for this activity. The children were very enthusiastic, and this activity was truly helpful. We hope that activities like this can continue in the future," he said.
