The Drug Criminal Investigation Directorate of Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Unit, Thailand Police, and DEA collaborated in the f confiscating Fredy Pratama assets in Thailand. Police Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa said that by confiscating Fredy Pratama assets, they could limit the movements and choke the drug kingpin, which hopefully could force him to turn himself in to the police. To confiscate the asset, said the INP Drug Criminal Investigation Director, his party is still awaiting the trial decision on Fredy Pratama’s father, Lian Silas, in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. Lian Silaswas charged with money laundering criminal actions in police pursuit of his son. “The trial sentence will be the door for us in conducting a joint investigation with Thailand Police to confiscate Fredy Pratama assets in Thailand,” explained Director Mukti.
