inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo appreciates the smooth event of MotoGP Mandalika in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) for the last three years.

The appreciation came after the President came directly to the circuit arena to watch the race on Sunday (9/29/2024).

“I have seen the development for the past three years and it is very good, particularly in its management. I also see that its facilities are getting better,” says President Jokowi on Monday (9/30/2024).

Jokowi also appreciates the presence of local crew from NTB which demonstrates that the event empower the local welfare.

“I am also delighted with the news that 3,000 crews here are all from NTB. I am very happy about that,” says Jokowi.

He also highlighted the importance of evaluation and refinement for better event holding in the future. He further emphasized that all drawbacks of the event can still be evaluated to improve the quality of the event.

Moreover, Jokowi also notes that the event organizer, Dorna Sports, also gave their positive remarks for the event in MotoGP in Mandalika. Dorna Sports appreciates the local culture shown during the opening event of the race.
