Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Investigators of Tangerang Sub-regional Police Criminal Investigation Unit is conducting a psychological test on W (24) who burned alive a queer in Mauk, Tangerang.
Tangerang Sub-regional Police Chief, Commissioner Arief Nazarudin Yusuf says that his party has involved psychiatric expert to determine the psychological condition of the alleged perpetrator.
“We will coordinate with special psychiatric expert on this investigation to determine whether the suspect is mentally disturbed or not,” he said quoted from Antaranews on Monday (10/13/2023).
Commissioner Arief Nazarudin Yusuf explains the result of the examination would be conveyed publicly.
Meanwhile, regarding the motive of the murder, his party is still investigating on the case by examining witnesses, and asked for more time.
“We are still looking for the motive behind the murder, whether its because of material reasons or not, we will found out after the examination of witnesses and criminal location,” explain Yusuf.
On Tuesday (11/9/2023) Tangerang Police received a report about the discovery of a body who was completely burned to crisp on the edge of the pond in Mauk. The victim, M (33), was found by the people around 03:00 morning.
From the investigation at the four criminal locations, police found several evidence that led to the arrest of W (24).
