Inp.polri.go.id – South Kalimantan. The South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Winarto ensures that the investigation on illegal diesel fuel would be transparent and fair.

“I have ordered the General Criminal Investigation Directorate to convey the report to the journalists once every two weeks regarding the investigation process,” said the police chief on Tuesday (4/30/2024).

The police chief supports the investigators step to investigate the allegation of money laundering to the suspects. With that step, parties who enjoyed the money could be charged with the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering.

As it was reported, the oil investment scam by FN has been carried out from 2019 to 2023 causing a total loss reaching IDR 139 billions. The case reports show there are 64 victims reported for the case to the police.
