The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) emphasized that every Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) must not reject products from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) or products brought by farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen to the Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) kitchens.

Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, Vice Head of BGN for Public Communication and Investigation, emphasized that they must be embraced, mentored, and directed to become suppliers for the MBG Program.

"Article 38 paragraph 1 of Presidential Regulation Number 115 of 2025, the implementation of the MBG prioritizes the use of domestic products and the involvement of micro, small businesses, sole proprietorships, cooperatives, Red and White Village/Sub-district Cooperatives, and Village-Owned Enterprises," explained Nanik on Tuesday (1/27/2026).

She emphasized that the government requires SPPGs to accept products from MSMEs, farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen to stimulate the people's economy. President Prabowo Subianto emphasized this when designing the MBG Program.

"So, remember, heads of SPPGs and partners, never arbitrarily reject products from small-scale farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen," said Nanik.

If any SPPG or partner is caught rejecting products from MSMEs, farmers, livestock breeders, or fishermen, and instead prioritizes large suppliers who monopolize the food supply entering the SPPG, Nanik threatened to take action.

"I will suspend them, because this means they are violating the Presidential Regulation," she said. 

The Vice Head of BGN also emphasized that SPPGs should accommodate and foster MSMEs, farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen so they can supply high-quality food to the MBG kitchen. Partners must also support their involvement.
