Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Military (TNI) Commander General Agus Subiyanto has appointed Major General Ariyo Windutomo as the new Head of the Presidential Secretariat (Kasetpres) and Major General Kosasih as the Military Secretary to the President (Sesmilpres).

These appointments will take effect following a presidential decree from President Prabowo Subianto. 

This change is part of a larger reshuffle, as outlined in the TNI Commander’s Decision Letter No. Kep/1332/X/2024, signed on 31 October 2024, which involves the rotation and promotion of 76 high-ranking officers across the three branches of the TNI to fill strategic positions.

Previously, Major General Ariyo served as the Head of Supervision at the Defense University, a position now taken by Major General Agus Prangarso. Major General Kosasih was an expert staff member to the Minister of Defense for Security.

The reshuffle also included promotions, such as Brigadier General Edwin Adrian Sumantha to Commander of the Army Command and Staff School, and Brigadier General Bayu Permana, who moved to Deputy for Domestic Intelligence at the National Intelligence Agency (BIN).

The reshuffle includes ten colonels from various TNI branches who have been promoted to one-star general rank, with significant roles assigned within the military structure.
