The West Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Inspector General Adang Ginanjar invites media press in Mamuju for casual talks to share what has become their struggles and issues at Ruang Rindu café on Friday (1/5/2024). The strategy was aimed to strengthened the relationship between the police and the media.
On that occasion, Adang took the opportunity to convey security messages to the media press through positive and educative news. He hopes that media would continue to provide their unwavering support by feeding the police with information, suggestion, or insights in maintaining public order.
“For you my colleagues in the media, do not be shy in giving us the information or suggestions. We will welcome it as we tried to maintain public order and security from any disturbance potentials,” says the police chief.
The collaboration between the police and media press have been going strong, particularly in help educating and providing news while also acts as the bridge between the general community and the police.
On the other hand, media press also commends Adang as the police chief in maintaining their strong relationship. It is hoped that both parties could continuously work hand-in-hand in uncovering various cases reported by the public.
