Zebra Jaya Operation 2021, Chief of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police Reminds His Personnel to be Professional

Chief of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Fadil Imran, reminds his personnel to be professional during the commencement of Zebra Jaya Operation 2021 for 14 days from November 15-28, 2021. Police Inspector General Fadil Imran also asked the involved personnel of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police in the Zebra Jaya Operation 2021 to be persuasive and humane. "Take attention to the personnel behaviour during operation. Maintain politeness and professionalism. There must be no more traffic accidents handled without proper procedure," the Chief of Regional Police said on Monday (15/11/21). The two-star general also instruct his personnel not to violate and provides the best examples to the people. "Do not let us the Police personnel violate regulations such as using loud exhaust. So I hoped all personnel to behave themselves before behaving the public", Chief of Regional Police said. During the operation, Police Inspector General Fadil Imran also asked to maximise the utilisation of electronic traffic law enforcement cameras (ETLE). For places without one, there are expectations on adding more, mainly in locations prone to traffic violations either on toll or main roads. Chief of Regional Police hoped that Zebra Jaya Operation 2021 could reduce traffic accidents and violations. "Besides, it could enhance public discipline in traffic, because the world sees Indonesia from its traffic. The culture of a country could be seen from its traffic discipline", he explained.
