Inp.polri.go.id – Bali. The Indonesian National Police have conducted several traffic engineering training for the 2023 Archipelagic and Island State (AIS) Forum Summit. The summit itself will be held on Ocotober 10th-11th, 2023. “We have prepared several plans both in escort and security,” says the Traffic Corps Director of Law Enforcement, Brigadier General Aan Suhanan on Monday (10/9/2023). He says that since Sunday, there are several head of states and delegates that have arrived in Bali. Aan adds that more to come in today and Thursday tomorrow. According to police monitoring, Aan says the situation and conditions is relatively secure and conducive. “We have the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for summit security and escort operations,” explained Aan. Moreover, Aan also reveals that his party have prepared 16 traffic routes for the Summit, which includes emergency routes, evacuation routes, and backup routes. The AIS Forum Summit will raise the theme of “Fostering Collaboration, Enabling Innovation for Our Ocean and Our Future”.
