inp.polri.go.id - Other than dedicating themselves as part of the National Police members, Aipda Yuniar Safitri has also become the insipiration of the people because of her inovations. Members of Bhayangkara Security Unit of Nganjuk Police since 2017, gave her special attention to the wives and layoffs who wants to become an entrepreneur. One of the tips that she gave to the wives and people of Nganjuk is by promoting their products through online markets. “The activity held by Aipda Yuniar is part of the National Police effort in supporting the wheels of economy, while also encouraging the MSMEs that have been hit hard by the pandemic," said Head of the Public Information Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Commissioner Nurul Azizah. She stated that Aipda Yuniar was initially concerned with the condition of the farmers around her working place. Onion farmers, only sell their crops to middlemen who then market them to other areas, she though the onion was able to be produced into a fried onions with a good quality. “Aipda Yuniar and her colleagues, Brigadier Agung, then held a training for the locals, so they would able to sell their products well,” he said. With the training, the mindset of locals could be changed where they only fried their onion for themselves, now they could sell the onion to the wider market which in turn encouraged the local market of Nganjuk. “This is a concrete effort of the National Police in supporting the government’s program post pandemic to encourage the economic sector, and also to support the hope of President Jokowi where Indonesia should only become the spectators of the massive digital economy development, but also became the one who floods the market place with our local products,” she concluded.
