YY wasn't listed as a Blue Notice Interpol fugitive at the time of KITAS application," he said. YY was arrested on 31 January 2024, by the Air and Waters Police of the Barelang City Sub-Regional Police in the waters of Bulan Island, Bulang, Batam.
