inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. In celebrating the World Anti-Corruption Day, the Indonesian National Police (INP) Corruption Prevention Task Force launched two books, with the first book titled “Buku Orang Baik Belajar Antikorupsi (BOBA)” and “Pendidikan Antikorupsi Transdisiplin”.
The Head of INP Corruption Prevention Task Force, Herry Muryanto, explains that the BOBA book is a collaboration with Indonesian Islamic University (UII). The book covers the experience, lesson, and knowledge in eradicating corruption with a fun writing style.
“This book completely covers the 13 corruption cases from various sectors that we have handled while in Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) such as in Public Service, Natural Resource, Politics, to Law Enforcement, with detail analysis on their operation method, abuse of power, as well as the impact of state losses," he explained, Monday (12/9/2024).
Then, the book titled “Pendidikan Antikorupsi Transdisiplin” is a step forward in formulating a comprehensive anti-corruption education approach. This book presents works born from the thoughts, dedication, and experiences of cross-disciplinary authors that include legal, economic, sociological, political, and moral and ethical values perspectives.
"Through this approach, readers can understand corruption not only as a violation of the law, but as a social, cultural, and economic phenomenon that requires multi-dimensional solutions," he said.
