East Kalimantan Police Continues to Provide the Best Service to the Community

inp.polri.go.id – In an effort to continue to give the best service to the community, the East Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Imam Sugianto provides a 24-hour hotline number for the community. The hotline 08115421990 can be contacted via Whatsapp messages and SMS. Through this hotline people can report cases regarding police services, such as illegal levies (extortion), or other activities in the community that have the potential to disrupt public order security. The National Police Chief explained that all public services must comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). According to him, all forms of services provided by the police must be simple and easy for the public. In giving the best services to the community, the East Kalimantan Police Chief also regularly monitors public services for all his staff, as was done on Saturday (10/30). He and other high officials of East Kalimantan Police did an unannounced inspection in the Batakan One-stop Administration Services Office service, Balikpapan. He came directly to ensure that the community is well served in all police public services throughout East Kalimantan. In his insepction, Inspector General Imam Sugianto admits that Batakan One-stop Administration Services Office did a well job in their services. “The community is well served in the Batakan One-stop Administration Services Office. Services are according to the standards requested," said the East Kalimantan Police Chief, quoted from kaltim.prokal.co. "For emergency services, call us at 110, and its free of charge for all operators," said the Head of Public Relations of the East Kalimantan Police. All people are expected to be able to use the 110 hotline services properly and correctly. “110 service works for 24 hours a day. All incoming calls from the community will be recorded on the server and tracked on our GPS that will enable our personnel to go immediately to the location or crime scene," he explained.
