inp.polri.go.id - Bogor. The Transportation Ministry and Bogor Regency Government is preparing the traffic jam mitigation ahead of Christmas and New Year Eve.

The Vice Minister of Transportation, Suntana, says that his party is planning to present free bus service for the people. The bus will be operating around Puncak Main Road.

“Facing the Christmas and New Year Eve, there are several sectors that are prepared to face the traffic jams, such as the free bus service from the government to the people who can’t go up due to one way policy,” says Suntana.

Suntana also revealed that the free bus service scheme will be using the Buy The Service scheme (BTS).

“As usual, we will use the BTS scheme, but if we are not able to do it, the regional government will provide the subsidy for the program,” explains Suntana.

The Vice Minister of Transportation also said that the realization of the free bus service will be carried out as soon as possible. He said that at the latest, free buses will be prepared to welcome Lebaran 2025.
