Inp.polri.go.id – Central Papua. A civilian named Dani (45) fell victim to the brutal attack of Armed Criminal Group (KKB) who terrorized Baya Biru District, Central Papua. The attack also caused two police members killed in action as they were securing the Helipad 99. The two police members are Second Police Brigadier Arnaldobert Yawan and Second Police Brigadier Sandi Defrit Sayuri. The Head of Papua Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Ignatius Benny Ady Prabowo says that the incident began when the group suddenly ambushed polices who were securing Helipad 99. “Following the incident, officials also found there is a civilian who died after hit by an arrow on his back,” says Benny. As of now, reports received states that the civilian body is being secured in a local house in Baya Biru District and will soon be evacuated. Police states that the criminal action allegedly committed by an Armed Criminal Group led by Aibon Kogoya. (ad/ta/pr/nm)
