Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo confirms the possibility of toll road payment is free of charge during the Eid Homecoming Season. He states it would depend on the situation at the field. General Sigit says that if there are traffic congestions and long queues in the toll gate, then the toll road payment would be free of charge. However, he stressed that the determination of the traffic congestion situation will be discussed with Jasa Raharja. “During certain times, during the times when the traffic jams was so great, according to our meeting there will be several toll roads that will be free of charge, when the capacity is greater than predicted,” said the INP Chief during Cross Sectoral Coordination Meeting of Ketupat Operation on Monday (3/25/2024). Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, Muhadjir Effendy, says that the application of free toll road would only be applied in functional tol. “The free toll road would only be for functional toll.
