The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo says that his party has mapped 119 alternative roads if flood occurred during the 2024 Homecoming Season. “We have mapped 119 alternative roads, and possibly only 112 of them could be accessed,” said the INP Chief on Monday (3/25/2024). Sigit ensures that the alternative road will be massively informed to the public. Thus, he asked people to always keep up to date with the latest traffic info during the homecoming travel. “We will inform them so people can avoid the flood area. Every traffic measures and security will continuously be informed,” said Sigit. According to Sigit, the weather agency reports there would be rains during the homecoming season. (ad/ay/pr/nm)
