inp.polri.go.id -  Jakarta. Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid emphasized that her party is focusing on the government digital transformation.

"At the same time, digital transformation in the government environment is also a serious concern for the government," noted Meutya.

Meutya explained that as a concrete step, the Ministry of Communication and Digital has formed the Directorate of Digital Government. This directorate was formed as an effort to accelerate the integration of government digital services.

She also revealed that she had held a coordination meeting with the Chairman of the National Economic Council (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan and several other ministries or institutions to discuss digital transformation in the government environment.

The results of the meeting will be reported to President Prabowo Subianto after returning to Indonesia from Egypt.

On the other hand, she said that the preparation for the government digital transformation must be properly prepared by early next year.

Furthermore, Minister Meutya said that this effort requires speed and collaboration from across sectors. She is optimistic that this effort can be realized, especially with the solidarity shown by the various parties.
